Process
King Coconut is indigenous to Sri Lanka. Designed by nature for drinking, King Coconut is always harvested while young and tender. Unlike the green coconut, the king coconut does not have the potential to mature into the type of fruit used for coconut milk and coconut oil. The processing of king coconut water starts with drilling out the water inside, followed by hot filling into bottles before it is carefully capped steadily. Since king coconut is considered a low-acid food, it is necessary that the canning process is performed in a retort above 100 ͦC. afterwards it runs through compulsory period know as the incubation time frame to verify that the total production is free from any microbiological contamination.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Product get 1 year of shelf life from the date of manufacture under specified storage conditions in original packaging.
