Bottle Feeding Baled or loose pet bottles are loaded onto a conveyor or bale breaker.The feeding system provides a consistent supply of bottles to the sorting section. 2. Manual and Automatic Sorting Foreign materials,pvc bottles,pe containers,metal parts,stones,and other unsuitable items are removed.Optical sorting or additional separation equipment can be added for higher purity requirements. 3. Label and Cap Separation Labels,bottle caps,rings,and other non-pet materials are separated using pet bottle label remover machine,air classifiers,and sorting systems.This helps improve the purity and quality of the recycled pet material. 4.
