Our Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted from fresh organic coconuts sourced from our FAIR TRADE organic certified coconut plantations. After unloading, handpicked organic coconut are deshelled and peeled by our professional workers one by one. Deshelled kernels are split into smaller pieces and thoroughly washed, weighted and chopped. Then the chopped kernels are placed in a tray and send inside the dryer. After drying the coconuts are fed to an expeller machine. The cold pressed technology means the expelling temperature does not exceed 60 centigrade. The extraction process helps to preserves the natural goodness and flavor of the coconuts, including a superior lauric acid content.

Virgin Coconut Oil is never refined, deodorized or bleached and extracted under carefully controlled process conditions with great care taken to limit the temperature used during drying. After extraction, high quality filtration is the only process used.
