Lanka Plywood a pioneer in the private sector of plywood manufacturing has been in the industry since 1986. Beginning as a veneer supplying plant in Kegalle, under the vision of the founder Chairman Susantha Marapana it swiftly became a fully edged plywood manufacturing plant. Furthermore a Kandy plant was established in 1999, while Galigamuwa and Nalanda plants were initiated in 2015 & 2016 respectively. Lanka Plywood produces over 28,000 units during a month. The door plant contributes over 1000 doors a month making Lanka Plywood the preferred choice of many consumers.
